Cuzzy Racing - Privacy Policy

Cuzzy Racing is a free browser racing game at cuzzy-racing.pplx.app. The Android app only opens this website; it does not collect anything itself.

What the game stores

• Account: the username you choose and your password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).
• Game progress: cars, credits, settings and similar save data, so your progress follows you between devices.
• Sign-in and play times: when you sign in and roughly how long you play, plus basic device type (for example phone or PC), used to keep the game running well.
• Messages you send: if you use "Message Dev", your message, the device type and your IP address are stored so the developer can reply and stop abuse.
• Player reports: if you report another player in an online room, the report is stored for moderation.
• My Face (optional): if you choose to add your face to your character, the cropped photo is stored with your consent and used only for your in-game character. To have it removed, ask through "Message Dev".
• Anonymous usage counts: a simple counter records visits and which game modes are played. It does not identify you.

Voice chat

If you turn on voice chat in an online room, your microphone audio is sent live to the other players in that room. Microphone access is only requested when you turn voice chat on.

Maps

Drive Anywhere loads map data from OpenStreetMap and related open map services. The place you pick is sent to those services to fetch the map. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL).

What we don't do

No adverts, no selling of data, no in-app purchases and no third-party advertising trackers. The optional Ko-fi button opens ko-fi.com, which has its own privacy policy.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13.

Deleting your data

Use "Message Dev" in the game menu to ask for your account and data to be deleted.
